All votes are verified via email and you can only vote once in each category per email address. Voting closes on October 29th 2024.
Votes count towards 30% of the nominees submission only and the remaining 70% is judged on a written submission. A formula is applied to each total votes to account for the size of the business, total occupancy and/or total staff so it is fair to business of all sizes. In most categories, the most votes won’t make you a winner, it’s the quantity of votes in relation to how many beds you have in your hostel, guests you take on tours or the size of your team.
